Our kitchen

A little bakery with wings

Trudy D’s began in a home kitchen in the Bay Area and is now rooted in the Central Valley, growing through farmers markets, birthdays, celebrations, and good old-fashioned word of mouth.

Named after my grandmother, Trudy deLemos, Trudy D’s is inspired by the many memories we made together while cooking. She taught me so many little tricks, traditions, and techniques that still find their way into my baking today. Some of my favorite memories are of us cooking side by side for the holidays—especially Thanksgiving.

Every batch is mixed, piped, and boxed by hand. No shortcuts, no fillers—just thoughtfully made treats, rooted in family, tradition, and the recipes people keep coming back for.
